i deserve more
"i will not worry about love, but honor its coming with a new face..." - alice walker i know i deserve more - i have this tendency to sit and wait and wait and wait for what? retribution, mumbled apologies, impossible turnarounds. love. i ended this relationship well over a month ago,{i did not deserve to be ended and i've already decided after a sept.10th explosion of silence turned blame.... (i did NOT deserve this.) ...she absolutely will not change. stop waiting, wishing, watering, weighing in, wielding a false power that goodness triumphs over all. goodness got me no where. the longer i stick my neck out in her direction, the more hopeless my chances of seeing the next best thing come along. i deserve more.
